The Many Shades of Sex: What really is Sexual Purity?

He walked towards her slowly; slowly as though in a trance. Everyone else around her faded, and as she got lost in his seductive eyes, every object around faded into oblivion as well. The Chocolate god stepped forward, his deliciously brown skin stretched firmly across his muscles. She ran the full length of his body with her eyes; worshipping the existence of him, this fine specimen of a man! 

He was all glisten and sparkle, and as he sauntered towards her, he did to her insides very dangerous things. It felt like she was about to explode. She licked her lips as she took it all in- His taut muscles, the inviting rock-hard nipples, the belly that looked like it belonged on a super-human creature, firm & sweet to the eye! All the way below, down, down, down to that…..

“Excuse me? Is everything okay? Sophie? Are you here?”

Ouch! Why did Collins have to shake her like this nah? Nonsense guy! Just breaking into a girl’s good time like that! Mtchew!

She looked at his hand still on her shoulder, still tapping lightly as though he had not succeeded in cutting her fantasy already.

“What?!” She asked irritatingly, “What do you want?”

“Woah! Take a chill pill, Soph” he countered coolly. “I called your name repeatedly & you keep mute like one freaking zombie. What else was I supposed to do?” “Abeg I need that file you were supposed to work on”, he finished in mild annoyance

Embarrassed, she handed him the file and mumbled “I’m sorry”.

He walked away without a word.

There! She had just gotten her Chocolate god angry. Trouble was, chocolate god and Collins were two different characters. Afterall, Chocolate god was only in her head.

Well, even though Collins had spoilt her show this morning, he couldn’t stop the one in her bed later that night. Her routine of “Sex with the Chocolate god” had been on for as long as Collins had been posted to her department, and she wasn’t about to end it now!

Turning her attention to the day’s tasks, she spied Iyabo coming towards her. Subconsciously, she wrinkled her nose, thinking “The office slut is coming”. Then she concentrated squarely on the files before her, hoping Iyabo would not say hello…

I hope we all get the picture here? Sophie has so many sexual adventures, but they’re all in her head. Iyabo has a reputation for her many real-life sexual escapades. Sophie thinks less of Iyabo because of this; thinks she is guilty for being sexually careless, but then, is she really any different?

Is Sexual purity all about real-life sexual activities or does it include activities of the mind?
